Daily Maintenance

• Clean metal shavings: Brush debris from clamp, cutter area, and guide pins after every session
• Wipe screen: Soft, dry cloth
• Check cutter: Inspect for wear, chips, or dullness
• Lubricate clamp jaws: Machine oil on threads weekly

Monthly Calibration

1. Settings → Calibration
2. Insert calibration key (included)
3. Follow guided procedure
4. Machine auto-adjusts cutting depth and position
5. Cut test key and verify

Troubleshooting

Inaccurate cuts: Clean, recalibrate, replace worn cutter.

Key not detected: Clean optical sensor, update firmware.
